In this class, we work the butt and the legs and then have some fun with some bouncing and twerking! Class starts with an energetic full body warm up, gluteal muscle activation exercises, and booty building and leg toning exercises. Then we move on to booty isolations, popping and twerk techniques, including a fun freestyle booty popping dance! We finish with leg, butt and back stretches to lengthen the muscles and improve flexibility. All shapes, sizes and flexibility levels are welcome and everyone is encouraged to move at their own pace.
