This is an open level class to help students progress by building the stregth and perfecting the proper technique it takes for aerial movement in pole dancing. Whether you are just starting to spin or whether you’ve been flying high for awhile, this class will give you the knowledge and building blocks to take your movement further, in a safe and progressive way. Some drills will utilize the pole, others will not. This way, even if you do not have a pole at home, you will still have the capability of continuing your practice between sessions. 

Drills utilizing the poles may be prformed grounded or aerially, so no worries if you are not someone who can invert yet. This class is designed to build your stretgh from where you are at. This is the class to take for those looking to really strengthen their upper bodies and core, even if you are not a poler.
