The Liquid Motion® Class is an open level class that utilizes conditioning, sensual movement, and dance theory, to provide the student with a total mind and body movement experience. In this 75-minute class, participants will learn the fundamentals of Liquid Motion® to build a foundation for floor work & wall work. The class is made up of body conditioning, lateral movement drills, intricate floor flows, exploration of sensual movement, and an understanding of total body awareness, or simply, Liquid Motion®.

Poles will not be used in this class. However, knee pads are a must! If you do not have knee pads, you will not be allowed into class. No refunds, no exceptions. Arms and legs should be covered with something fitted that will not stick to floor (ex: long sleeves, leggings, leg warmers). Layering works well. Ankle socks also come in handy for a lot of the movements.
