These online classes will get you slinking and sliding around on the floor like water! We will be utilizing the Liquid Motion style of dancing as we work each week with a theme of movement. This will also include special warm-up and cool down exercises to really help each individual to make the connection of body and movement. With practice, these movements will become second nature, leading to a graceful and sensual style that may be personalized to make it all your own.  

Knee pads are highly recommended. Arms and legs should be covered with something fitted that will not stick to floor (ex: long sleeves, leggings, leg warmers). Layering works well. Ankle socks also come in handy for a lot of the movements. 

This class is filmed and taught live. However, a video link will be available for 24 hours for any who missed the original class or those who would like to review.
