Our class schedule is listed below. It is highly recommended that you register for a class at least 24 hours in advance to secure your space. Drop-ins are allowed at a higher fee if spacing allows. Please text the studio no more than 2 hours prior to class to let us know if you will be dropping in so we do not start the class early if all registered students have already arrived. Texting does not reserve your space, it merely means that the session will not start early. Classes which have not met the minimum number for registration may be subject to cancellation.
No late arrivals are admitted to class. Not only is it disruptive and disrespectful for your instructor and fellow classmates, it is also very unsafe to participate in a physical class without a proper warm-up. Your instructor cannot warm you up separately. If you happen to arrive late, you will be considered a no-show and not be admitted to class. Please plan your sessions accordingly, taking into account your travel time, any potential traffic, parking or special events in the area.
There is a 15 minute window between classes so please feel free to arrive a little early, especially if it is your first class at the studio. You will need time to get acquainted with the space and to fill out paperwork.
Please read fully when registering for class. We stand firm by our policy so it is essential that you familiarize yourself with it.
Keep in mind when purchasing a “Class Pass” or “Monthly Membership”, these are good for 30 days so please plan your schedule accordingly. No extensions are given.
